How it Works
Frequently Asked Questions
-
We start by learning about your school, your goals, and the specific challenge you’re trying to address. Based on your needs, we draft a scope of work for your review and then identify providers with relevant expertise and experience. You decide which providers you will move forward with for your project.
-
Providers go through a review process that includes an application, review of relevant experience and/or work samples, and may include an interview with Partnership staff and/or reference checks with previous school partners. We also gather feedback from school leaders after engagements and periodically review providers to help ensure our network remains high-quality and responsive to your needs.
-
Connections supports a wide range of school leadership and organizational needs, including academics, special education, talent and HR, finance, facilities, data systems, enrollment and marketing, board governance, strategic planning, executive coaching, fractional leadership, and more. Our goal is to connect you with the right expertise for your specific problem of practice, not simply match you to a service category.
-
Each consultation between a school leader and a PDCSE team member includes a conversation to talk through your needs. After the conversation, school leaders receive: a draft of the scope of work, a set of provider recommendations, and any other potential next steps to meet your needs.
-
An annual $500.00 subscription includes two consultations with the Partnership team to help you clarify a challenge, define the support you need, and identify the right solution. Each consultation results in a scope of work and curated referrals to trusted providers from our vetted Partnership Network.
-
No. While Connections can connect schools with trusted consultants and service providers, a consultation may also identify an opportunity for deeper support from the Partnership or another solution.
-
No. Connections is designed to expand your options, not limit them. We provide curated recommendations based on your needs, but your school maintains full decision-making authority over which provider, approach, or solution is the best fit.
